A fish fry is a Southern staple, held everywhere from church halls on Friday nights to a neighbor’s backyard. Discover the secrets to frying crispy catfish, mixing up the perfect tartar sauce, and baking a traditional Southern pie. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
