Seafood with a French Accent

Age Restrictions

For ages 18 & up


Delve into the delights of these classic French seafood dishes. You’ll practice basic techniques like braising, roasting, and searing as you perfect your techniques and pick up tips on cooking a variety of seafood. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your seafood dishes. 


  • Les Moules de la Mere Pin (Mussels in White Wine with Tomatoes & Basil) 
  • Baudroie a la Provence (Monkfish with Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic & Olive Oil) 
  • Saumon Confit (Slow-roasted Salmon) 
  • Coquilles Saint-Jacques Vinaigrette Tiede la Cagouille (Sea Scallops with Warm Vinaigrette)

Safety & Precautions

  • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
  • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
