Our service starts with listening.  We meet with you in person or over the phone to get to know what is important to you -- your wishes, needs and desires.  We connect with you to better understand your health need, budget, geographic location and all the other things that go into making you who you are.

Through that conversation, we learn.  We find out the things that matter to you.  We start to match you with those options that make the most sense for you.  We know the communities first-hand, so it's our job to connect you with the one that is perfect for you.

As we move through the process, we guide.  We assist with setting up the community tours, either in person or virtually.  If you desire, we attend the tours with you and provide you with questions to ask.  All along the way, we provide you with information that will be helpful as you select your new living environment.

Once you have selected your new community, we follow up with you to make sure everything is going as planned.  We provide you with any resources you need as you transition:  a realtor, move manager, packer, organizer, estate sale company, decorator, etc.  Once you have moved in, we continue to follow up to ensure you are happy and content in your new surroundings.
