Have you recently transitioned into a new stage of life? Perhaps you’re an empty-nester or maybe you've recently retired from a longtime career. Or maybe you are considering a career change, because the “old ways” just aren’t working any longer. You might even be considering a lifestyle change. You could be in a new living situation and missing your old life. The situations are endless.
Whether you’re 83, 53, 23, somewhere in between or beyond, there’s wisdom to collect in each life stage. And, age doesn’t necessarily equal wisdom, though many times can accompany getting older. Wherever you are on your path, your experience has value.
Retreat House Spirituality Center is delighted to partner with Living on Purpose (LoP), as LoP Founder, Karen Hoffman facilitates a series this Fall on ways to embrace, explore and celebrate wisdom in aging. We will practice mindfulness, study universal values like gratitude and honesty, and explore new approaches to learning and living, as we share experiences with each other.
Due to Covid safety protocols, this series will be facilitated over Zoom. Tutorials are available if you need help getting set up. You can register for all five sessions or each one separately. Space is limited to 25 participants for this particular series.
