White Wine Pairings for a Lobster Risotto
March 4 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm MST

Are you curious about how Chefs pair wine with food? In this class, we will explore Italian wines that pair with Lobster Risotto. This is a hands-on class learning how to make lobster risotto, followed by dinner, served with the Chef’s handcrafted selection of Italian wines to taste with the risotto. You will leave this class more confident in pairing wines with food.
Guests must be 21 or over to attend. *Note that with the odd supply of liquor in Utah, wines are subject to change based on availability.
