Welcome the Year of the Rabbit with a celebratory meal designed by none other than Martin Yan. Chef Yan will not only introduce you to these dishes and discuss the significance of the ingredients, he’ll show you how to make each dish. As you enjoy each bite, you’ll be amazed by his mastery of knife skills and depth of knowledge.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine to complement your meal.

Martin Yan
A legendary television icon, Chef Yan recently received the prestigious James Beard Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award, following in the footsteps of his idols, Julia Child and Jacques Pepin. He has hosted more than 3,500 cooking shows around the world; is an accomplished chef; and a respected culinary educator, commentator, and hospitality consultant.
Chef Yan has authored a library of more than 30 titles, among which include the award-winning Martin Yan’s Feast and Martin Yan’s Chinatown, which includes an introduction by Julia Child.
In 1978, Chef Yan launched the now classic Yan Can Cook series, infusing cooking lessons with his brand of humor and skill. For close to a quarter of a century, the Yan Can Cook show has been a fixture on television screens in North America and around the world. Generations of audiences have grown up watching and learning the oy and wonders of Chinese and Asian cuisines.
Chef Yan is also a successful restauranteur. His latest ventures are M.Y. Asia in Las Vegas, a joint effort with Caesars Resorts, USA and M.Y. China in the heart of San Francisco’s Chinatown. As a culinary professional, Chef Yan is a true ambassador for the food and hospitality industry.
