Option 1: Pan Seared Chicken Breast topped with Tarragon-Butter Sauce
Option 2: Bacon Wrapped Cut Top Sirloin topped with Bernaise Sauce
Sides: Baked Bernaise Potatoes and Parmesan Crusted Asparagus
