For ages 18 & up
It will be easy to Thai up your meals this Spring – once you’ve picked up some tips from Chef Nikky of Asian Mint Restaurants. You’ll gather in the Cooking School on the night of class and then take a quick, guided tour of our Asian grocery aisle where the Chef will share insight into some of her favorite products. Then you’ll head back upstairs to the Cooking School where Chef Nikky will introduce you to four delightful dishes. You can sit back, relax and enjoy sampling each.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with the meal.
Asian Noodle Salad with Shrimp
Tom Yum Soup (Thai Hot & Sour Soup)
Pad Pak (Stir-fried Vegetables)
Sweet Thai Rice Pudding with Sweet Corn & Longan Fruit
Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
