Steakhouse: Mastering Sauces

For ages 18 & up
Learn to make basic sauces that will enhance any meal. You’ll pick up tips on reductions, emulsifications, custards, and infusions, which may sound daunting , but with a few tips from our instructors, you and your small team will be creating these simple sauces in no time!
For ages 18 & up.
- Scallops with Lemon Beurre Blanc
- Grilled Steak with Bearnaise Sauce
- Green Beans & Broccolini with Balsamic Reduction
- Chocolate Souffles with Coffee Creme Anglaise
Safety & Precautions
- At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
- For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
