Mini-Eclairs for Entertaining!

Learn how to make Mini-Eclairs, a dough filled with cream and topped with icing

Pate a Choux is a delicate pastry dough made by cooking flour with milk and butter and mixing in eggs to form a pipe-able consistency. In this class you will learn how to fill and pipe Choux Paste. The Choux Paste gets piped into logs, which when baked form a hole in the middle. You will then make a delicious Pastry Cream to pipe into each Eclair. The Eclairs are finished with icing on top.

Mini-Eclairs are a real treat for family and friends when entertaining!

Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

About the Location

This class will be held at our teaching kitchen located at 1484 South State Street in Salt Lake City. Included with your class are recipes, ingredients, and tools required. Closed toe shoes and appropriate attire is required for the class. There is no minimum experience required.

Street parking is available.
