For ages 18 & up
Inspired by the delicious foods from Louisiana and a need to celebrate, our instructors will show you how to create a perfect omelet; add flavor and interest to that great staple – grits; and how to create a Bayou State take on an old favorite – pain perdu with caramel and a rich, creamy custard. You’ll sit back, relax and pick up tips.
For ages 18 & up. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.
