Guisos: Mexican Stews

For ages 18 & up
Expand your repertoire to include these traditional Mexican stews. You’ll pick up tips from our pros as your small team makes a flavorful beef stew with green chiles; a dish in which chicken, garlic and cumin star; pork in a red chile sauce; and meatballs in chipotle sauce.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine that has been perfectly paired with your stews.

- Pollo en Ajo Comino (Chicken with Garlic & Cumin)
- Carne de Puerco en Chile Colorado (Pork in Red Chile Sauce)
- Albondigas en Chipotle Quemado (Meatballs in Burnt Chipotle Sauce)

- At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
