Description
Learn to make this menu of citrusy and delicious dishes filled with the flavors of Texas. You’ll create a homemade vinaigrette; sear scallops to perfection; create our own Texas version of a classic French sauce; and make the most of ruby red grapefruit. At the end of class, you’ll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts.
For ages 18 & up. Are you 21 & over? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine that complements the meal.

Safety & Precautions
- At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
