Age Restrictions

For ages 18 & up


Learn more about the various cuts as you create five delightful dishes. Working with a small team, you will work with leg of lamb on skewers; rib chops; lamb shanks; and ground lamb. As class ends, you’ll enjoy a lamb-filled feast.

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine to complement your creations.


  • Lamb Rib Chops with Cherry Pan Sauce
  • Grilled Lamb & Fig Skewers with Mint-Pepper Glaze
  • Herb-crusted Lamb Roast with Apricot Relish
  • Savory, Braised Lamb Shanks
  • Merguez (Spicy Tunisian Sausage) 

Safety & Precautions

  • At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
  • For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
  • Some COVID-related restrictions may apply.
